Custom made designs are now available. Choose from a selection of designs from my portfolio or send over your own design.

STEPS

• Find a design + colour & specific design requests (EG: trimming, metals & hardware, desired length, etc). If the piece is from my portfolio, please screenshot image.
• Take your measurements. Please be sure to add bust, waist, hips, height + inseam. Extra measurements can be included for an even better fit. If you are unable to provide exact measurements, please refer to my size chart for your average size.
• Send a request below. Please send images to email below. Any further questions or concerns, please email ephemeralbykatana@gmail.com

BEFORE REQUESTING

Please note all requests may not be accepted. Designs may be subject to changes for stylistic & artistry purposes.

AFTER REQUEST IS ACCEPTED

• A response will be sent to the provided email with a price estimate + sketch (my version).
• A deposit of $25 is required to cover material cost. [PAYPAL ONLY] This deposit is subtracted from your final cost.
• After [2-3 WEEKS], you will be reached out with a final update of your piece(s). Images will be sent to your provided email.
• Final payment will be processed through Shopify. You’ll be sent a link directly to your custom piece. Once purchased, your piece will be shipped out to you next day. Please check shipping policy for information on tracking your order.
