All pieces are made by hand by one person- no manufacturing, or outsourcing. Therefore, drops are limited. Please subscribe to my email newsletter to receive information before drops + secret discounts.

SHIPPING

All pieces are only created once an order is placed, therefore each piece takes 3-4 weeks for processing time. Shipping is 3-5 business days with USPS. Holidays are excluded. Thank you for your patience. International shipping is available.

RETURN

WORLDSRIOT X EPHEMERAL offer exchanges exclusively, and do not accept returns on any items. Should you encounter a sizing issue or wish to apply credit towards a new piece, an exchange is applicable. Please note that only unworn items can be exchanged, and they must be returned in their original packaging with all tags and accessories intact. A return label will be sent to you through Shopify.
The processing of exchanges will align with my original made-to-order turnaround time [3-4 WEEKS]

CANCELLED ORDER

Orders are subject to cancellation if materials are out of stock, surplus of orders & to limit burnout / mental care. A full refund will be processed with 1 day- please allow your bank account to process your return (approx. 3 business days).

MY ORDER SHIPPED BUT NEVER ARRIVED

Unfortunately, after shipping out my designs, I have no control over shipping and delivery. Please contact USPS to appeal a missing package. WORLDSRIOT X EPHEMERAL is not liable for missing packages.
